About Us
Sweet Brier Condominium Unit Owners Association Inc.
Sweet Brier is a private condominium association comprised of 113 units. We are governed by our Declaration and By-Laws recorded in Lake County. Three board members are elected to serve as Board of Directors, each serving a three-year term. The Board, on behalf of the Association, retains RG Nieto Company to manage the day-to-day management of the Association.

The Annual Meeting is scheduled for
Monday, August 18, 2025 at 6:00pm.
It will be held at the Madison Public Library on Middle Ridge Rd.
Homeowners are encouraged to attend.
