Sweet Brier is a private condominium association comprised of 113 units. We are governed by our Declaration and By-Laws recorded in Lake County. Three board members are elected to serve as Board of Directors, each serving a three-year term. The Board, on behalf of the Association, retains NEO Property Services Inc to manage the day-to-day management of the Association.

Trash cans and recycling bins are to be put out the day of collection (no earlier than 7 pm the night before) and returned to the garage the same day. Trash cans and recycling bins must be stored in the garage.
SAFETY IS EVERY RESIDENT'S RESPONSIBILITY!! Please slow down, stop at the STOP signs and remind others that Sweet Brier's posted speed limit is 15 mph.
